Catholic Schools in Diocese of Dallas Launch New 2015-2016 School Year

Some Catholic school students in the Diocese of Dallas begin heading back to the classroom on Wednesday, August 12th. That makes them among the first students in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to begin the 2015-2016 school year.

The first Catholic school opened its doors in the Diocese of Dallas in 1874. Today, there are 37 schools and an enrollment of nearly 15,000 students in the Dallas Catholic school system.
