Course #605 The Psalms are a collection of 150 prayers and songs of the people of Israel. The Psalms are a compendium of Old Testament theology that contains all the historic traditions of the books of the Bible: the exodus, the desert, the land, the monarchy, the exile, the hope. The psalms follow certain distinct patterns or literary forms.
