Job Description

The Parish Administrator of Operations plans and coordinates all campus maintenance and improvements, manages maintenance staff, and implements and manages the parish’s IT and other requirements. The position serves as campus project and IT manager and supervises relationships with vendors and contractors. The administrator is able to identify and prioritize areas of concern or necessary improvement.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience in maintenance and project management
• Must have proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook and computer hardware, software and networks
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC
