Our office requires an energetic, friendly, self-starter capable of juggling multiple duties and challenges. Primary responsibilities include: • Record and manage program data of registration forms, registration fees, attendance records and rosters. • Inventory control of text books, teacher manuals, library books, DVD library. • Help create and distribute varied communications such as mailings, email, phone calling, bulletin announcements and social media. • Assist Catechists. • Help with special projects and special events. • General office duties.
Applicant should possess good people skills, be detailed oriented and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent typing and ten key skills along with experience using a data base is desired. Mastery of the Spanish language is preferred
