Job Description

General Summary of the Position
• Responsible for comprehensive digital & print communications implementation
• Maintain unity and continuity with all parish communications
• Collaborate with staff, ministry, volunteers, parishioners, Academy administration and vendors to develop “big picture” in order to anticipate the facility and publicity needs of all of the ministries and organizations activities

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of and experience with current communication technologies and social media platforms
• Experience with the following technical tools preferred: Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, Movie Maker, PDS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize demands

Education and Experience:
• College degree or Certificate in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design and / or related experience

Special Requirements:
• Full time 40 hours with the ability to work some weekend and evening hours
• Preferred Catholic
• Bi-lingual is a plus
