Job Description

Provides clerical, admin, reception and general office services to support the Admin staff, Pastor and parishioners:
Greets visitors, assists callers/visitors, by creating welcoming environment.
Assists with Mass requests and/or schedules
Record Sacraments
Distribute and route incoming & outgoing mail
Responsible for emergency calls and/or requests for emergency calls for Priests for Sacrament of Sick
Publish weekly bulletin
Receive deposits and follow auditing guidelines
General support for administrative staff and Pastor

Job Requirements

Excellent interpersonal & communication (written and oral) skills and pastoral attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Welcoming personality; bilingual a must for 60% Spanish population
Understanding of general principles of office operations and administrative procedures
Proficient computer skills with office software applications to include Microsoft Publisher
Strong organizational skills and high level of accuracy & attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
