Job Description

1. Oversees building and grounds maintenance

2. Oversees building security

3. Manages utilities and technology infrastructure

4. Perform facility equipment preventative and safety maintenance

5. Develops and manages facility budget and capital replacement- ie cars, computers, furniture

6. Work with principal to develop and implement crisis prevention activities

7. Maintain vendor relations and order supplies as needed.

8. Manage school inventory

9. Keep computers up to date and troubleshoot as needed

10. Oversees maintenance of school vehicle fleet

Job Requirements

• Graduate of trade school, or equivalent work experience.
• Three years work experience in a similar position.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
Able to lift 50 lbs
