Please see the following announcement released by Bishop Kevin J. Farrell regarding the Rector position at Holy Trinity Seminary, left vacant since the appointment of Bishop-Elect Michael Olson as Bishop of the Diocese of Fort Worth.

I am pleased to announce to you that beginning immediately; I have appointed Monsignor Gregory Kelly as interim Rector of Holy Trinity Seminary filling the office left by Bishop-elect Michael Olson. Monsignor Kelly is currently Vicar for Clergy for the Diocese of Dallas.  He has also been a priest of the Diocese and has served in many parishes and other capacities since his ordination in 1982.  I am grateful to Monsignor Kelly for his willingness to help in this temporary assignment.

I am also pleased to announce that Reverend James Edward Swift, C.M. will be appointed permanent Rector of Holy Trinity Seminary beginning June 1, 2014.  We are grateful to Vincentian Community for generously allowing Father Swift to serve the seminary in the capacity of Rector.  He is a priest of vast experience in priestly formation and in administration.

Please pray for Monsignor Kelly, Fr. Swift, and all of the seminarians at Holy Trinity Seminary.
