Day of Reflection - "Mercy Alive in Me! How to Put Mercy into Practice "
There is a lot of talk about the Jubilee Year of Mercy, but what does it really mean for each of us...personally and in the conflict areas of our lives where forgiveness and mercy are hard to find? David O'Brien, an expert in international peacebuilding and conflict resolution, returns to Dallas for an engaging and interactive session that will include a variety of activities to help participants identify God's mercy in their own lives and learn how to extend mercy to others.
David O'Brien will invite participants to examine:
- How is God's mercy present in my life?
- How do I deal with conflict and difficult people?
- How can I really forgive others?
- In this world of violence, can I be an instrument of peace and mercy?
Quotes from participants at the April 2015 session in Dallas with David O’Brien include:
-. David's “style was very engaging."
- “Very spiritual and uplifting workshop! There were so many great examples of HOW."
