The Archives staff assists parishes and researchers in developing historical papers and parish histories. The Diocesan Museum offers group tours for classes and other groups. Purpose: The Vicar for Clergy is the bishop's liaison in all matters pertaining to the ministry of priests, deacons and seminarians in the diocese. He serves as the chair of the Priests' Personnel Board; coordinates the Ongoing Formation of Clergy; and administers the supervision programs for newly ordained priests and new pastoral administrators.

Assesses and screens potential candidates for diocesan priestly ministry prior to acceptance into the seminary. Director of Seminarians: Rev. Rodolfo Garcia. Seminarian Life Purpose: Encourages, supports, evaluates and approves diocesan seminary candidates as they progress to the priesthood.

Office of Worship

The Office of Worship serves the pastors and parishes of the Diocese of Dallas, in support of the diocesan Bishop in his role as chief liturgist of the Diocese.  The Office of Worship assists in shaping liturgical and pastoral practices, sacramental life, and in formation of all liturgical ministers.  The Office of Worship embraces the diverse cultures of the Diocese, with emphasis on providing resources for parish liturgies. The Worship Office is available to consult and assist in all aspects of planning and implementing worthy liturgical celebrations. In addition, the Office of Worship prepares and coordinates Episcopal liturgies and plays a vital role in contributing to the University of Dallas Ministry Conference.

Safe Environment Office

Purpose: To provide a safe and secure environment for minors and vulnerable adults within our Diocese. Provide a system to respond to the victims and their families as well as the accused. Protect against the possibility of false accusations and reduce the risk exposure of the parishes and the Catholic Diocese of Dallas.
